• Before your first download: contact support and we refund your purchase.
• After a successful download: because presets are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final. Two exceptions, always refunded in full: a verified technical fault we can't fix, and a duplicate charge.
• Where consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights apply.

Request a refund via support and include your order number from the purchase email.
